Overview
Based upon the popular Hasbro toyline G.I.Joe which was first released in 1964 and successfully pioneered the development of action figures. Hasbro would subsequently expand G.I.Joe into other media forms including comics, video games, cartoons, and movies based upon the toyline over the subsequent decades. G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra was the first live action film of the franchise.
