Plot

It's been one year since Kevin McCallister was left home alone by his family. It's been one year since Harry and Marv, bumbling criminals ran into Kevin and were imprisoned.

Despite their bad luck last year, the McCallister Clan is intent on a family vacation to sunny Florida. But in the chaos of the airport, Kevin gets separated and accidentally mistakes another woman for his mother and boards the wrong plane; ending up in New York City!

Despite their bad luck last year, things are looking up for Harry and Marv. They've escaped from prison and have come to the Big Apple to make their ill-gotten fortune by robbing the charity boxes being held at Duncan Toy Store. It's a brilliant plan. It can't possibly fail. Until they run into the brat who ruined things last time and try to take Kevin hostage to exact their revenge. Overhearing their plan to rob Duncan's, Kevin subsequently outwits the pair and escapes.

Kevin decides that nobody is going to rob a charity, much less for needy children on Christmas. Particularly not the pair of dunces that he outwitted last year.
