Overview[]
When a new police commissioner, Barbara Gordon, takes a new task to clean up Gotham without Batman, Joker and his crew turn themselves in much to everyone's shock. This causes Batman to steal a device from Superman, a device that allows him to send the Joker to the Phantom Zone. However, Batman's actions allows the Joker to enlist the help of villains from Warner Brothers property in which the Joker launches a full scale attack upon Gotham.
