Plot

Jump City comes under attack by a strange Japanese villain known as Saico-Tek who is imprisoned by the Teen Titans. Saico-Tek says only one word, "Brushogun" before he mysteriously escapes. Deciding to track Saico-Tek down, the team travels to Tokyo where they find themselves superfluous thanks to the Commander Daizo and his highly trained crack team of Tokyo Troopers. Not only that, they learn that Brushogun is nothing more than an urban myth.
